The routerboard is running RouterOS: http://www.mikrotik.com/software.html
To use the windows application to manage the device under Linux install 'wine'.
Ubuntu:
$ apt-get install wine

- All features are pointy-clicky available or equal via the command line interface.
- A lot of features are implemented.
[edit] Cons
- Some features are not implemented:
- OpenVPN p2p mode
- Can not run own code/scripts:
- Pamela can not run
