So we need the following roles:
- Program person: Hans
- Propaganda person (mail/twitter/...):
- infrastructure builder (get more rooms from landlady):
- Hardware hero (take care of renting of chairs and that sort stuff):
- AV-d00d (get 'some' recordings):
- Cleaning Cat (takes care of cleanup):
- Crazy Cook (will provide food):
- Feel free to add here
(these people don't really have to do anything themselves, but coordinate the efforts and take end-responsibility.
