The world is evolving.
Certain things happened in the 19th and 20th century that were very important and useful for that time frame.
Now we are in the 21th century, and, thanks to new technologies like the internet, things are changing.
But, what exactly is changing, and how can I be a part of it?

Bert Desmet is a Fedora Project ambassador. As such he promotes the use of Free Software and Creative Commons media.
He is (co-) organizer of multiple small and not-so-small events in Belgium and Europe.
At the moment he is working for ON Semiconductors, but is also working on starting his own company.
