Functional programming workshop

• Set date before newline so we can make publicity
• Max 20 peoples
• Joost will pick a date after the meeting
• fs111 is wing-man
• Based on OCaml

Cableguy refuses to die

• As long as no complaining is involved it's ok
• Next time we see him, we should check about the Telenet status
• No SLA on the connection => "maybe by tomorrow"

Wiki server problem

• Impy did some investigation
  • Somth related to browser request headers (Accept-Encoding) which causes the server to sometimes reply with HTTP/0.9 (which does not support headers)
  • Seems to happen on all problems, more on OSX and Linux than Windows
  • Not only on wiki (e.g. Pamela)
  • Also on http://hackerspace.be
• Communicate this with Christophe Vanderplas
• We investigate more, check logs, etc...

T-Shirts

• Order and receive two to three weeks
• So we order monday
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday to design
• By Sunday morning design should be in
• Vote by Doodle, decide by Sunday night
• Ordering will be done Sandb and Hans

Coffeemachine power

• Hans discovered that the coffee machine was unplugged
• You need to leave it plugged it to not have it break
• Ducttape it to the outlet!
• We need better electricity overthere!!

Ghent vzw

• Recognition as a Ghent vzw
• Involves:
  • Dumping your statutes
  • Need to be active for a year
  • Do activities
  • Some paperwork
• Rewards:
  • We can has machinezaal from de centrale for cheap
  • Also other stuff: PA and other stuff from "Stedelijke Uitleendienst"
• Hans is willing to do the paperwork
