Got reply from Kurt:

• The rent is 290,34 a month
• Kurt already paid for March, April, May and June, for a total of 290,34 * 4 = 1161,36 euros.
• I paid Kurt this amount, so we have no current outstanding rent dept anymore.

Kurt is going to transfer the contract to 0x20 asap, so from then on, the vzw is responsible for paying the rent. Kurt will also ask for a mailbox.
