- infrastructure builder (get more rooms from landlady): koen Sandb for MR
- Hardware hero (take care of renting of chairs and that sort stuff): Sandb
- setup sound/light/beamers Sandb
- AV-d00d (get 'some' recordings): impy
- Cleaning Cat (takes care of cleanup): [[]]
- Shopping - teus
- Crazy Cook (will provide food): math
- Unicorn manager Bart
- team internet Biertie

(these people don't really have to do anything themselves, but coordinate the efforts and take end-responsibility).
